1 shallot, chopped
1 tbsp. beef stock concentrate*
2 tbsp. butter
½ water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a drizzle of oil over medium heat. Add shallot and cook until soft, 1-2 minutes. Stir in beef stock and ½ c. water. Bring to a simmer and cook until reduced by half, 2-3 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in butter until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over grilled steak or any beef.
*Use gluten free.
