2 - 10oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
3 C herbed seasoned stuffing mix (fine, not cubes)
1 onion, finely chopped
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 t. garlic salt
1 t. pepper
1/2 t. thyme

Directions:
Drain spinach well, squeezing out all water. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 3/4" balls. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. These freeze well.
