4 green onions, sliced
2 thumbs ginger, minced (about 2 tsp.)
4 tbsp. mayo
4 tbsp. sour cream
4 tsp. honey
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. sriracha
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1¼ lbs. ground beef
½ c. panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp. chili flakes
salt and pepper

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, honey, 4 tsp. soy sauce, and sriracha to taste, set aside. In another large bowl, combine beef, panko, ginger to taste, half the green onions, 1 tsp. salt, 2½ tbsp. soy sauce, and black pepper. Form into 20-24, 1½ inch meatballs. Place meatballs on an oiled baking sheet. Roast on middle rack until meatballs are cooked through, 14-16 minutes at 425º. Carefully add the meatballs to the bowl with the sauce and coat. Drizzle any remaining sauce over meatballs served over rice. Sprinkle with green onions, sesame seeds, and chili flakes.
