Ingredients: 1 whole chicken , cut up 2-1/4 quarts cold water enough to cover the Chicken 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 bag of Frozen Peas and Carrots 2 bag of Frozen 3 Pepper Blend 3 Tablespoons Lemon Pepper seasoning 3 Tablespoons Black Pepper 2 Tablespoons Garlic Salt 3 Tablespoons Ginger
For Dumplings
2 cups all-purpose flour 4 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 large egg, beaten 2 tablespoons butter, melted 1/2 cup milk

Directions:In a Big Pot Put rinsed chicken into pot and cover with water Add All Seasonings Cook About 2 1/2 hours Also you can Add More Water After an hour because it will cook down I add more seasoning also when i add more water Next After the chicken is done remove and let cool enough to handle Take Cream of Mushroom and Cream of Chicken dilute them with one can of water each stir and add to Broth Add Bag of Frozen Peas and Carrots Add Bags Of 3 Pepper Blend Cook on Medium while Shredding Chicken Add Chicken to Pot and let Cook on Medium In the Meanwhile in a Bowl Add Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, and Pepper Mix Well Add Beaten Egg Add Butter Stir, Then Slowly Add Milk I didn't use a spoon but i used my hands and pulled some of the mixture and dropped it in the pot you can also flatten them out in your hand if you want to Cover and Let Cook in Instapot for about 30-35 Minutes
