1 cup 3 minute grits
1 beef bouillon cube
1 pound hot sausage
1 stick butter
4 eggs beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
Set aside 1/4 to 1/2 cup cheese. Grease casserole dish. Preheat 350.

Cook sausage and drain.

Cook grits per directions. Add bouillon and salt and sausage. Mix all (eggs, butter, milk, and cheese). Put 1/4 cup cheddar cheese on top.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes the night before.

Reheat.
