6 large eggs
2c. heavy cream
½ c. sugar
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Approximately 6 c. bread, cut into ½-inch cubes

Optional:
*½ package of toffee bits

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except the bread.

Add bread to the liquid.

Thoroughly combine.

Let sit until the bread absorbs most of the liquid (at least half an hour to overnight).

Prepare the muffin pan with non-stick spray or butter.

Divide mixture into the 12 muffin cups.

15 minutes prep, 35-40 minutes baking or until puffed up and lightly brown (plus soaking the bread)
