2 c. sugar
¾ c. vegetable oil
¾ c. cocoa
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2⅓ c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, stir together sugar and oil, then add cocoa and blend well. In a small bowl, beat eggs and vanilla together. In separate bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add egg mix and flour mix to cocoa mix and blend well. Cover and refrigerate until firm, at least 6 hours.
Heat oven to 350º. Grease a cookie sheet. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place 2 inches apart. Bake 12-14 minutes or until no indent remains when touched lightly and the tops are cracked. Remove to cool on racks.
