3 lbs chicken breast
1 Can black beans-drained
1 Can of corn
16oz jar of salsa
8oz of cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put everything in the crockpot. Cook on high for 6 hrs.

Serve over rice if desired. This is great as leftovers.

I like to add more beans and corn. If I use frozen chicken breast, I drain the corn so it isn't so soupy. I also like to use spicy salsa for half or more..
