1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. oatmeal
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. peanut butter

Frosting:
1 stick margarine
3 tbsp. cocoa
⅓ c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar (3 c.)

For bars:
Mix all except peanut butter. Spread in cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 15 minutes, may take longer. When done, let cool. Spread with peanut butter (beat peanut butter first to make it spreadable). Then spread with chocolate frosting.
For frosting:
Melt margarine, milk, and cocoa in a pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and powdered sugar, mix well.
