3 Tbs. Soy Sauce
5 ts. Rice Vinegar
1/2 ts. Sesame Oil
1 ts. Asian Garlic Chili Sauce
1 ts. Olive Oil
1 1/2 Lb. Skirt Steak
Salt & Pepper
8 oz. Fresh Green Beans
4 oz. Bean Sprouts
1/3 cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Sesame Oil & Chili Sauce, set aside
In large skillet heat Olive Oil over high heat
Season Steak with Salt & Pepper
Cook until brown, about 2 minutes, set aside
Pour off fat from pan and add Green Beans & Bean sprouts with 1/3 cup Water, Reduce heat to medium and cover, cook about 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender
Slice Beef
Pour Soy mixture and toss with Beans
Add Beef with any accumulated juices to pan
Cook until heated through
