1 can apple pie filling
1 tbsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. cinnamon
1 pastry shell, baked
¼ c. flour
¼ c. brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. cold butter
¼ c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
¼ c. quick oats
2 tbsp. flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pie filling, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Spoon into baked pastry shell, set aside. Combine flour, brown sugar, and cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts, oats, and coconut. Sprinkle over pie. Bake at 400º for 12-15 minutes until topping is golden brown. You can cover the edges of the pie crust loosely with foil to prevent overcooking.
