2 ripe bananas
2 heaping spoons of natural peanut butter
2 cups of quick oats
1 cup Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips (milk chocolate or butterscotch can be used too)
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mash the bananas.
Mix in the peanut butter.
Add a pinch of salt.
Add the oats and chocolate chips and stir.
Form the mixture into balls and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.

I discovered this recipe when looking for ways to use those overripe bananas.
These are great little chocolate oatmeal treats, and healthier than cookies.
