For each ½ c. raw pumpkin seeds use:
1 tsp. olive oil
½ tsp. sea salt
¼ tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. parsley
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. dill
⅛ tsp. dry mustard
⅛ tsp. celery seed
⅛ tsp. paprika
⅛ tsp. black pepper

Clean seeds of all pumpkin pulp, dry really well. Toss seeds in olive oil, then in combined seasonings. Place in a single layer on a parchment lined sheet pan.
Bake at 350º for 18-26 minutes, depending on the crunch you like.
