1 package dry yeast
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm water (110º)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a big mixing bowl, combine yeast, 1 cup flour and salt. Add water and oil. Beat with electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute while scraping the side of the bowl. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes. By hand stir enough of the remaining flour to make stiff dough. Knead 8 to 10 minutes until smooth by hand or with electric mixer with bread attachment. Put into a oil greased large bowl turning once. Cover and let rise til more than double 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Punch down, cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Dough can be refrigerated in sealed bag at this point.

Let dough sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking. Cut dough in half and roll out dough on floured surface. Bake at 425º for 12 to 15 minutes.

Add sauce and toppings. Bake 425º for 8 to 10 minutes. Enjoy!
