2 limes, for zest and juice...
2 T canola oil...
2 t chili sauce with garlic...
2 lb. watermelon chunks, 6 cups...
1/2 t of Himalayan pink salt...

Directions:
Directions:
Zest limes for 1 t of zest...
Squeeze limes for 2 T of juice....

Place the zest and juice in a large salad bowl with oil, chili sauce and whisk until well blended....
Add the watermelon chunks and toss gently until all chunks are evenly coated....
Cover and chill until ready to serve...

Serve on a bed of arugula individually or toss arugula in with the watermelon in large salad bowl, use 2 or 3 cups, if tossing in large salad bowl....
