"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My family always choose Rigatoni pasta
I grew up eating this meal every Sunday.
My mom was the best cook and I hope this
recipe will make you as happy as I am every
time I make it.
Garlic bread and salad are great with this meal.

Leave the meat out and you will have Marinara Sauce!

See my recipe for Baked Rigatoni in this category.
