1 mackerel fish
1 onion
1 scotch bonnet
1 tsp of tandoori masala seasoning
1 jumbo shrimp cube
1 magic cube
4 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp of olive oil
30 g of fresh ginger
A pinch of salt


Directions:
Directions:
Clean your fish, place in on a tray and make small incisions on the bell and both sides of the fish.

Blend 20 g Of fresh ginger, garlic cloves, onion, tsp of tandoori masala, jumbo shrimp cube, magic cube, scotch bonnet and 2 tbsp of olive oil.

Next sprinkle salt on the bell and on both sides fish Then apply the ginger/ garlic mixture paste on the incisions both sides as well as the bell.

Grill it on medium heat 10 mins and turn it on the other side for an other 10 mins until it well done.
Serve with sweet potatoes chips, semolina fufu, mix vegetable fried rice, plantain chip.
