3 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2½ c. milk
4 eggs
⅔ c. oil
2 tbsp. honey
⅓ c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Combine milk, butter, honey, eggs and oil. Add to dry ingredients and stir until just moist. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes, covered for the first 10-15 minutes, until lightly brown. Serve with honey butter.
