1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp pepper
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp sugar
½ Tbsp onion powder
½ Tbsp garlic powder
4 lb pork tenderloin
1 onion, chopped
2 c light apple juice
1 c apple cider vinegar
2 c light barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 c scallions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
To prepare the pork, combine the salt, pepper, paprika, sugar substitute, onion powder, and garlic powder together in a small bowl. Rub the tenderloins with the spice mixture. After rubbing the spices into the pork, allow it to marinate at room temperature for 15-20 minutes prior to cooking. Combine the seasoned pork, onion, light apple juice, and apple cider vinegar in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 4-4½ hours. Shred the pork in the slow cooker using two forks. Add the barbecue sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and scallions. Cook for an additional 30 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
