1 lb. fresh button mushrooms with stems, sliced
1 T butter
1 T olive oil
1/3 cup sour cream
1 T flour
1/2 tsp garlic pepper
1 T fresh chives, chopped
1 cup Gabby's Croutons
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 cup Swiss or Gruyere cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium-size skillet or fry pan, heat the butter-oil combination over a medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms and sauce about 2 1/2 minutes. Whisk together the sour cream and flour, then stir the mixture into the sautéed mushrooms. Let this mixture cook until it just starts to bubble. Remove from the heat and stir in the garlic pepper and chives. Spoon the mixture into individual gratin dishes. Sprinkle several croutons over each dish, followed by shredded cheese and parsley. Serve 4-6. If you're a mushroom lover. I promise you'll serve this more than once. ENJOY!!!
