3 cups cooked, mashed yams
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:
1 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup flour
1 cup nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook yams in skins. When soft, peel and mash with electric mixer. 2. Add sugar, milk, butter, eggs and vanilla. 3. Spray a (inch x 13 inch pan. Pour yams into pan. 4. Using mixer blend brown sugar butter, flour and nuts until crumbly. Sprinkle over yam mixture. 5. Bake at 350º for 30 to 45 minutes.
