6 potatoes
1 small chopped onion
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:

Slice potatoes thin (can use slicer in food processor)
Place potatoes in greased casserole dish, sprinkle with chopped onion.

Blend 2 cans mushroom soup with 1 can evaporated milk, pour over potatoes and mix well so as to separate potato slices. If possible stir half way through baking time.

Put in microwave on high for 10 minutes, this cuts baking time to 1 1/2 hours

Bake for 3 hours at 350º
