3 slices bacon, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cans (15 ounces each) great northern beans, drained
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup peach preserves
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup bourbon
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic

Directions:
Directions:
In a dutch oven, cook the bacon until the fat is rendered, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a paper lined plate, and reserve. Add the onion to the pan, and cook until translucent, about 10 minutes.

Reduce the heat to low, and add the remaining ingredients (including the cooked bacon). Stir until well combined. Bring to a simmer.

Cover, and bake at 350º for 40 minutes.

Stir before serving.
