1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 pound stewing beef, cut into 2/3" cubes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 stalks celery, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
4 tablespoons flour
2 1/2 cups beef broth
1 1/2 cups guinness beer
1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon thyme
1 cup frozen peas
2 potatoes, cut into 2/3" cubes
1 tablespoon butter
6 ounces small mushrooms, quartered or halved

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the Foodi, and brown the meat (seasoned with garlic, salt, and pepper) in oil for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the onion, celery, and carrots. Cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.

Add other ingredients to pot. Put on the lid, and set the pot to high pressure for 8 minutes. Allow it to release naturally.

Remove bay leaf.
