1 lb. ground beef or turkey
½ tsp. salt
pinch of black pepper
1oz. packet of taco seasoning
2 c. water
1 c. salsa
8 oz. uncooked pasta
1½ c. cheese
1 jalapeño, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper. After 2 minutes, add peppers. Stir occasionally until meat is cooked, drain grease. Stir in taco seasoning, water, salsa, and pasta. Bring to a boil, stir well, cover, and reduce heat to simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes until pasta is tender. Add in tomatoes. Turn off heat and stir in cheese until melted.
