2 Cups warm water
2 T yeast
(set aside)

4 T sugar
2 Cup hot tap water
1/2 Cup Powdered milk
1/3 Cup shortening or oil
4 tsp. salt

Directions:
If you add the 4 T sugar to yeast it will proof better.

Whip in blender, add to yeast 9 to 12 cups flour. Knead till smooth and stiff. Put in greased bowl and let rise until double in bulk. About 1 hour. Punch down and let rest for 10 minutes. Grease pans. Form into 3 loaves, let rise until one inch above pans. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes, 10 to 12 minutes for rolls.

If you freeze, knead, form and freeze on greased cookie sheets - Don't let rise. After frozen, take off cookie sheet and put in plastic bags.
