1 tsp butter or margarine, softened
1 C whipping cream
1/3 C milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 garlic cloves, crushed
6 medium potatoes
1 C (4 oz) Sargento fancy swiss shredded cheese
1/4 C (1 oz) Sargento fancy parmesan shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a shallow 1-1/2 qt baking dish with the butter; set aside. In a saucepan, combine cream, milk, salt, pepper and garlic. Cook just until bubbles begin to form around sides of pan. Remove from heat; cool for 10 minutes.

Peel and thinly slice the potatoes; pat dry with paper towels. Layer half the potatoes in baking dish; top with half the cream mixture and half of the cheeses. Repeat layers.
Bake, uncovered at 350º for 55 - 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Let stand for 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
