1-1½ lb. ground beef
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can Ranch Style beans
1 onion chopped
½-1 Tb. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet crumbling as you go, add chopped onion and garlic powder and salt and pepper. Stir until onion is tender. Add beans, undrained, corn (optional if you drain it--I have used both ways but usually drain it). and diced tomatoes. Stir together and simmer until juices cook down. This is great with garlic bread and a salad.

Got this recipe from my cousin, Sharon Latta. I started making this in the 1980's and we still have it today. Great quick and tasty meal.
