1 C beef broth or small jar of Heinz gravy

Mashed potatoes. I make my own using yukon gold- however - they can be purchased already made.

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9 x 13 in" baking dish sprayed with non stick spray, pour the hamburger mixed with the gravy in the bottom of dish. Next add a layer of frozen corn or your veggie of choice. sprinkle cheddar cheese over corn. Spread homemade mashed potatoes on top and smooth out to make a crust. Add dots of butter on top to brown.

If you are using ready made mashed potatoes (make according to package directions). You can use frozen or instant depending on your taste. However, home made are really the best.

Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.

Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting in squares.
