Ingredients:  
⅔ cup toasted, slivered almonds (I use almond meal)
2-3 cloves garlic
1 or 2 jalapenos, chopped (with or without seeds, depending on how hot you want it)
1 packed cup cilantro, stems and all (I use a whole bunch)
2-3 tbsp lime juice
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ tsp. salt

Toss everything in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Use as dip with crackers, chips or veggies. Also makes a good pesto.
