2cups large curd cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can diced green chilis (7 oz.)
6-10 Trappey tabasco peppers, chopped
Seasoned salt, about ⅓ tsp.
tabasco sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and season to taste. It gets hotter the longer it sits, so is best to make a day ahead.

Serve with taco chips
