1 small head of cabbage
2 lbs. sausage
salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
1 small onion diced
1/3 cup uncooked rice
1 16 oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1 lb. sauerkraut

Cop cabbage into bite size pieces and place in bottom of 9"x13" casserole. Brown meat, drain, and add salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and sprinkle in rice. Place meat over cabbage and cover with the sauerkraut. Mix tomato sauce and water and pour over everything.

Bake at 350' for 20 minutes. Cover and continue baking for another hour or until the rice is tender. Good with mashed potatoes!º
