1 c. shortening
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2¼ c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together shortening and peanut butter. Add sugars, eggs and vanilla. Mix until creamy. Add flour, soda, and salt; mix well. Form dough into small balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Lightly flatten with fork. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350º.
