9-inch graham cracker piecrust
1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.)
2 (3.4 oz.) packages lemon instant pudding mix
1 T. lemon zest
2 (8-oz.) packages softened cream cheese
1/2 t. vanilla
1 (12-oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

Dot pie crust with butter. Place in cold oven, turn temperature to 350º, remove after 10 minutes. Mix milk, pudding mix, and zest until thick for 2 minutes. Beat cream cheese and vanilla until fluffy. Add lemonade and milk mixture. Blend. Pour into piecrust. Refrigerate 8 hours.
