Graham cracker pie crust (deep dish)
1 egg white
4 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. frozen Cool Whip, thawed
1/4 c. chocolate syrup (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brush graham cracker pie crust with one egg white and bake 5 minutes at 350º. Combine cream cheese and sugar. Add peanut butter & mix well. Slowly add milk and then fold in Cool Whip. Pour into pie shell. Cover and freeze for at least 30 minutes. If desired, drizzle each serving with chocolate syrup. Chopped peanuts may be added too.

Note: Chocolate flavored cookie crust may be substituted for graham cracker crust.
