Ingredients:
1 Loaf Pizza Dough
6 oz. Spaghetti, Cooked
1 1/2 c. Spaghetti Sauce - I add 1/2 lb. cooked Italian sausage and Italian seasonings.
8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
1 Egg White
Parmesan Cheese
Parsley Flakes
Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Roll out pizza dough into 12 x 16 rectangle on parchment paper. Cover with plastic and let stand for 10-15 minutes.

Cook spaghetti according to directions for al dente. Drain and let cool slightly. Mix with sauce.

Remove wrap from dough. Place spaghetti lengthwise in a 4" strip down the center of the dough. Top with cheese cubes.

Make cuts 1 1/2" apart on long sides of dough within 1/2" of fillings.

Begin braid by folding top and bottom strips toward filling. Then braid strips left over right, right over left, etc. Finish by pulling last strip over the tucking under bread.

Transfer to sprayed baking sheet or I just leave it on the parchment paper and transfer to sheet. Bruch with egg white. Sprinkle with parm, parsley, garlic.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly, slice and serve.
