1 c. melted butter
1¾ c. oatmeal
1¾ c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. raisins
½ c. water
pinch of salt
4 egg yolks
1½ c. white sugar
2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix melted butter, oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, and baking soda. Separate it into ⅓ and ⅔ portions. Pat ⅔ of the mixture into the bottom of a 9"x13" pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350º. Separately, add raisins, water, and salt to a saucepan, boil for 5 minutes. Separately, mix egg yolks, white sugar, sour cream, and corn starch. Add egg yolk mixture to cooked raisins and cook until thick and it boils. Pour mixture over baked crust. Put remaining ⅓ of crumb mixture on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350º.
