1 lb shrimp,peeled and deveined, 1/3 c fat free mayo, 2 med celery chopped, 3 tbsp red onion minced, 2 tbsp parsley chopped, 1 tbsp capers drained, 2 tsp Dijon Mustard, 1/8 taable salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper

In a large bowl, combine mayo,celery,onion,parsley,capers and mustard.Mix well. Stir in shrimp, season totaste, with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
