16-18 cups raw corn, cut from cob
2 sticks butter
1 cup half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Cut corn from cob. Place in large roaster. Add butter and half & half, mix. Bake at 350º for 1 hour, stirring every 15 min. Fill containers, floating in ice water in sink to cool. Freeze.
