1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Egg
½ c. Uncooked Plain Rice
1 tbsp. Minced Onion
1 tsp. Salt
¾ c. Water
¼ tsp. Pepper
1 10oz. Can Tomato Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Combine meat, rice, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Form into balls. Mix soup and water in pan. Drop meatballs in pan.

Cover and cook for 1 hour or longer.
