2 Eggs
1 ½ C Milk
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 C Sifted Flour
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder

**For frying you will need vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In Mixing bowl, beat Eggs, Milk and Sugar
In a separate bowl, sift Flour, Salt and Baking powder and slowly add to Egg And Milk Mixture.
Beat until smooth and able to flow through a funnel

To cook:
Heat Oil until 375º
Fill funnel and drop batter into oil in a circular pattern. (You can control the flow by placing your finger at the bottom of the funnel mouth)
Fry until golden brown and then turn over to fry the other side
When both sides are golden, take out and drain on a paper towel.

These are best served Warm. To serve, top with powdered sugar, your favorite fruit, pie filling or ice cream
