¾ C Crushed Graham Crackers
⅓ C Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ melted butter

Pat the mixture in a large bunt pan.

6 - 8 oz packages of Cream Cheese
2 1/4 C Sugar
1/4 + 2 Tbsp flour
6 Eggs
1 1/2 tsp Lemon
1 tsp Vanilla
1 C Half and Half

Directions:
Directions:
Start by Creaming the cream cheese in a mixer; Add in Eggs and beat until creamy
Add in Lemon, Vanilla and Half and Half and beat until smooth.

Combine Sugar and Flour in a separate bowl and add it to the Cheese and Egg Mixture until combined.

Bake @ 350 for 1 hour then open oven and let cool for 1 hour or until it is at room temperature.

Turn out cake into serving plate but do not take off the pan. Refrigerate for 5 hours serve.

I would recommend making this a day a head or the morning of if you want this for dessert. It will take a long time in the oven and you will not be able to use the oven while cooling. It will take 5 hours in the refrigerator after cooling to room temperature.
