3 eggs
1 cup milk
¾ cup bisquick
½ tsp salt
1 can chopped green chilis
1½ cups chopped tomatoes
1½ to 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
Bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, milk, baking mix and salt until foamy. Layer in greased 8"x8" pan: chilis, cheese, tomatoes, (and bacon, if using). Pour egg mixture over layers. Bake uncovered at 350º for 40-45 minutes or until set and lightly browned.

For 9"x13" pan double the recipe.
