Sauce:
⅓ c. soy sauce*
1 tbsp. fish sauce
1-2 tsp. sriracha
1 tsp. ginger, grated
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
—mix and set aside—





Turkey:
1 lb. ground turkey
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ c. shredded carrots
½ bell pepper, chopped
3 green onions, chopped

Garnish:
Peanuts, chopped
Lime wedges
Green onions, chopped
Lettuce leaves (I use cabbage)

Directions:
Brown turkey in oil, drain fat. Add garlic and veggies, cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Mix in sauce and reduce heat to a simmer for 3 minutes. Serve with rice.
