3 slices bacon
2 T melted butter
1 lg buttermilk biscuit
2/3 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 T chopped chives
2 T chopped parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp; crumble. Mix 2 T bacon drippings with melted butter.
crumble biscuit into a bowl and add the bacon and half the bacon dripping mixture, cheddar cheese, chives and parsley.
Stir in 2 - 3 T water; season with salt and pepper.
Brush the prepared pounded chicken with the remaining bacon drippings mixture; top with the filling and roll up and tie.

Brush the roll with 1/4 c barbecue sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
