Ingredients:
2 T Hoisin sauce
2 t fresh giner root, grated
1 t sesame oil (toasted is best)
1/2 t garlic chili paste, or chili paste, or hot sauce, or to taste
1 lb. cod fillets, washed and patted dry
2 T minced cilantro
1 1/2 t toasted sesame seeds (I don't always bother to toast)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. To make glaze, in medium bowl, combine hoisin sauce, ginger, oil, and chili paste and mix well. Add fish to bowl, turn to coat both sides, making sure to rub in all of the glaze.
3. Place fish in baking dish; cook until no longer translucent in center. (I like it more well done.) Usually 8-12 minutes, depending on thickness of fish.
4.Remove to serving dish; garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
