1 lb uncooked lean trimmed sirloin beef
1/2 t salt or to taste
1/4 t pepper or to taste
1 T fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 T Thyme, finely chopped
1 small garlic clove, minced
2 t evoo
1/4 c store bought balsamic glaze
2 t water
1 1/2 dijon mustard (I use coarse mustard with the little ball things)
3/4 t worcestershire sauce

Directions:

1.Season steak with salt and pepper
2 In a small bowl combine herbs, garlic and oil. Rub mixture all over steak; set aside for 15 minutes or up to an hour.
3. Preheat grill to high.
4. Grill steak, fliping once, 5-7 minutes per side for medium rate or longer to desired doneness. Please steak on a cutting board and tent loosely with foil; let rest 5-10 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together balsamic glaze, water, mustard and worcestershire sauce.
6. Thinly slice steak against grain; serve drizzled with sauce.
