1 ½ cup (6 oz) grated Swiss cheese
6 to 10 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell
3 eggs
1½ cup half & half
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp dry mustard
dash cayenne

Directions:

Sprinkle cheese & bacon in pie shell. Whisk remaining ingredients together & pour into pie shell. Bake in a moderate oven (375º) for 45 minutes, or until firm & browned. (Takes longer.)
