1 (14 oz) can corn, drained
1 (14 oz) can creamed corn
1 beaten egg
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 small container of sour cream
1 stick butter
1 small onion, optional
1 Tbsp. sugar (see options)
1½ c. grated cheese (see options)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the above. Put in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes.

Options: Substitute cheese for sugar OR Leave cheese out of casserole, bake for 20 minutes, top with cheese & bake another 30 minutes.
