1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can (4.5 oz.) green chiles, chopped
1 can (10 oz.) enchilada sauce
1 can Pillsbury refrigerated Crescent Rolls
2 c. shredded co-jack cheese


Topping:
1/2 c. diced tomatoes
1/2 c. diced avocado

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, cook hamburger and chiles over medium heat 5-7 min. until cooked; drain.
Stir in ½ enchilada sauce. Cook 5 minutes until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes to cool slightly. Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place up to 2 Tbsp. meat mix at the wide end of the triangle and rolling into crescents. Place filled crescents into sprayed 9x13 pan. Pour remaining ½ of the enchilada sauce over filled crescents. Top each with ¼ c. cheese. Bake 25 minutes until golden brown. Top with
tomatoes and avacado, if desired.
